Online Newborn Sleep Course

The newborn sleep course is now live.

Preparing for a baby comes with a lot of practical planning. There are appointments to attend, things to buy, bags to pack and endless lists of what you might need for those first few weeks.

Sleep, though, is often the bit that is hardest to picture until your baby is actually here. Newborns don’t sleep in the same way as older babies, children or adults. Their sleep is lighter, more broken and constantly changing as they grow. That can come as a surprise, especially when you’re tired and surrounded by conflicting advice about what your baby “should” be doing.

This course is designed to help you feel more prepared before those sleepless nights begin. You’ll learn what newborn sleep really looks like, what is developmentally normal and how you can gently support healthy sleep habits from the very beginning, without unrealistic expectations.

That way, when your baby arrives, you’re not trying to work everything out while running on very little sleep.

The Online Newborn Sleep Course is designed to give you the knowledge and reassurance you need before your baby arrives.

Across 5 easy-to-follow modules, you’ll learn what newborn sleep actually looks like, what is normal in those early weeks and how you can gently support your baby’s sleep from the start.

You’ll also receive downloadable worksheets to refer back to whenever you need them.

At £40, it’s a simple way to feel more informed, more prepared and less daunted by those first few months.

Understand newborn sleep from day one

Most antenatal preparation focuses on birth and those first practical days with your baby. Sleep is often only touched on briefly, despite being one of the biggest adjustments new parents face.

That’s exactly why I created this course.

Feel more prepared for the first few weeks

By the end of the course, you’ll have a much clearer understanding of:

✔ What newborn sleep can realistically look like
✔ Why frequent waking is completely normal
✔ How to recognise your baby’s tired signs
✔ How long your baby may comfortably manage between sleeps
✔ Gentle ways to support settling

✔ Understanding your child’s sleep behaviour and when extra support may be helpful

This isn’t a course promising that your newborn will sleep through the night. In fact, for many babies, that simply isn’t developmentally realistic in the early months. Instead, the focus is on helping you understand your baby, respond with confidence and begin introducing positive sleep habits in a gentle, age-appropriate way. You won’t finish the course with a rigid schedule to follow.

You’ll finish it with knowledge, realistic expectations and practical tools you can actually use once your baby arrives.

And when you’re tired at 3am, having that understanding already in place can make a huge difference.

You can access the sleep course here or get in touch if you’d like to know more.

You can also purchase the newborn sleep course as a gift voucher.

I recommend completing the course during your second or third trimester, giving you plenty of time to absorb the information before your baby arrives. If your baby has already arrived, it is still useful up until 4 months.

Access is for a full year, allowing you to revisit the lessons whenever you need them.

It is useful for anyone welcoming a new baby to the family, whether you are a first time parent, or would like to try and understand your new baby’s sleep a bit better.

No, however that’s because sleeping through the night isn’t a realistic expectation for most newborns.

Instead, this course helps you understand what is developmentally normal and teaches you how to support healthy sleep foundations from birth which will help them sleep for longer stretches when they are ready.

Yes. The course can be accessed on your phone, tablet or computer whenever it suits you.

There is plenty of free information online—but much of it is conflicting, outdated or taken out of context. Instead of spending hours searching Google or scrolling social media while second-guessing yourself, this course brings together trusted, evidence-based guidance in one place. You’ll know exactly what to expect, what’s normal, and how to support your baby’s sleep with confidence from day one.

As a baby sleep consultant, I have supported hundreds of families to get a better night sleep. This course can also be delivered on a 1:1 basis in my Newborn Sleep Package as well as lots of support after the 4 month stage. If you are interested in either of these, email me for more information.

I can’t wait to help you feel empowered about your little ones sleep! Follow the link and get started here (available in September 2026.)
